📋 Description

• As a Territory Sales Manager for Dexcom in Belgium, you will drive retention and growth of the installed base across assigned hospital accounts in Gent, Brugge, Kortrijk, and Mons, playing a critical role in expanding access to life-changing continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) technology that improves diabetes management and health outcomes.
• You will own and execute account plans focused on utilization, expansion, G7 migration, and long-term customer loyalty; build and maintain relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders; support tender execution; ensure compliant application of contracting and pricing; and maintain high-quality CRM forecasting and activity tracking to drive predictable growth.
• You will join a close-knit Benelux team dedicated to protecting and growing Dexcom’s hospital base through deepened customer relationships, clinical adoption support, and consistent execution in a complex healthcare environment, where focus, accountability, and high-quality execution are valued.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in diabetes care sales, healthcare account management, and medical technology commercialization while contributing to Dexcom’s mission to become a leading consumer health technology company and improve human health on a global scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, ideally in diabetes care or healthcare
• Proven success growing and retaining an installed hospital base through structured account management
• Fluency in French, Dutch, and English to communicate effectively across Belgium’s diverse market
• Proficiency with CRM systems for accurate tracking of sales activities and forecasting
• Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years of related experience
• Results-driven mindset with consistent achievement of sales targets
