  • • The Third Party and Partner Program Manager will be accountable for the end-to-end management of third-party operating partners supporting Pathward’s commercial finance program, with a primary focus on Loan Servicing Providers (LSPs) and other critical operating partners. This role ensures partners operate as a true extension of Pathward’s commercial finance platform—delivering consistent service, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and scalable growth.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end partner relationships as the single point of accountability for performance, delivery quality, risk, and strategic alignment; developing and executing vendor and partner management plans aligned with organizational goals; supporting partner selection processes through proposal evaluation and due diligence; building and maintaining partner-specific operating plans; establishing, monitoring, and managing KPIs; leading third-party risk identification and remediation; overseeing contract negotiation, drafting, execution, and renewals; aligning vendor management practices with internal stakeholders; identifying process improvements using technology and best practices; and maintaining continuous communication to surface and resolve issues early.

  • • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in third-party risk management, vendor lifecycle management, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance within financial services. They will strengthen stakeholder engagement and strategic partnership skills while driving operational efficiency and scalability. Success in this role offers the opportunity to directly impact Pathward’s mission of financial empowerment and advance into broader vendor management or commercial operations leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • • 8 years of vendor management experience, ideally in financial services
  • • Strong understanding of vendor management principles, contract negotiation, and risk management
  • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
  • • Experience with vendor management software and tools
