  • • The Tier 1 Autoline Sales Support Analyst - Dutch Speaking role is critical to Keyloop’s mission of empowering car dealers and manufacturers through innovative technology that enhances digital transformation in the automotive industry. This position ensures seamless support for clients by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, directly contributing to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and company profitability.
  • • Day to day, the analyst will own, diagnose, and resolve customer-reported problems related to Keyloop’s Autoline software, ensuring timely closure or appropriate escalation. They will communicate clearly and efficiently with customers, peers, and global teams in Dutch and English, document cases accurately, and collaborate to maintain high service standards while supporting team knowledge sharing and process improvements.
  • • The team operates within Keyloop’s Product Support function, part of a global organization dedicated to delivering reliable technology solutions for automotive retail. The company fosters a collaborative, innovation-driven culture where employees contribute to shaping the future of car sales and ownership through technology.
  • • In this role, the analyst will develop strong technical and functional knowledge of automotive dealer management systems, enhance problem-solving and communication skills in a multinational environment, and gain experience in ITIL-based support processes, positioning them for growth within technical support, customer success, or product specialist tracks.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
  • • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • • Experience in customer support, technical helpdesk, or software troubleshooting
  • • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
  • • Familiarity with automotive dealer systems or SaaS platforms is a plus
  • • ITIL foundation knowledge or willingness to learn
