• • As a Technical Customer Service Veterinary Medical Assistant, you will support veterinarians in using IDEXX’s diagnostic equipment, ensuring smooth interaction with hematology and biochemistry analyzers through troubleshooting, guidance, and proactive problem-solving.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical support via phone and email, assisting customers with device operation, resolving equipment issues, learning to support new diagnostic systems, and building trusted relationships with veterinary clients through accurate, empathetic, and service-oriented communication.
