- • As the Assistant General Manager (AGM) for Title Express at Copart, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the General Manager (GM) in the comprehensive management of facility operations. This position is instrumental in ensuring the facility meets and exceeds its budgetary, revenue, and customer satisfaction targets through effective application of Planning, Organizing, Leading, and Controlling (P-O-L-C) principles.
- • You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day execution of facility operations, providing hands-on support to staff and directly addressing customer and employee concerns as they arise. Your ability to navigate complex operational challenges and implement innovative solutions will be key to fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- • A core responsibility involves assisting the GM in the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of staff.
