- • As a Total Rewards Analyst for LATAM at Twilio, you will serve as the critical engine driving compliance, equity, and strategic insight across compensation and benefits programs in Colombia and the broader region, ensuring that Twilio’s rewards framework is not only legally sound but also competitive and aligned with global people strategy.
- • You will execute rigorous audits and spot checks on compensation processes, including annual review cycles, to guarantee 100% adherence to company policies and LATAM labor laws, acting as the guardian of payroll integrity and legal compliance.
- • You will partner analytically with HRBPs, recruiters, and business leaders, translating complex compensation data into clear, actionable insights that influence hiring, promotions, and salary governance while upholding internal equity and market competitiveness.
- • You will manage end-to-end vendor relationships for benefits providers, oversee invoice approvals with financial precision, and lead negotiations for service improvements, ensuring employees receive seamless, high-quality benefits experiences.
- • You will serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries on benefits and compensation, resolving complex queries proactively and advocating for equitable solutions that enhance employee trust and satisfaction.
- • You will conduct deep-dive market pricing analyses using Radford, Mercer, and other surveys to benchmark roles accurately, supporting the annual update of salary structures and ensuring Twilio remains an employer of choice in LATAM.
- • You will investigate anomalies in compensation and benefits data, lead root cause analyses, implement corrective actions, and escalate high-risk cases with documented mitigation plans to prevent recurrence.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits with a strong background in operational audit and data analysis
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Human Resources
- • Solid understanding of Colombian labor law, including statutory benefits, non-taxable compensation, and payroll integration
- • Advanced English proficiency to communicate compliance expectations and influence global stakeholders
- • Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets skills (Pivot tables, Vlookups) and proficiency in compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, or similar)
