- • The Trainer, Clinical Education role at Care Access is pivotal in delivering, standardizing, and continuously improving onboarding and upskilling initiatives for site-level clinical research staff, directly supporting the organization’s mission to make health research and services accessible to underserved communities.
- • Day to day, the Trainer will revise and optimize onboarding materials, deliver hands-on in-person and virtual training, conduct competency assessments, collaborate with SMEs to align content with regulatory standards, provide performance support through development sessions and bi-weekly updates, lead platform-specific training, and ensure compliance through refreshers and feedback-driven content refinement.
- • Care Access is a global health research organization with hundreds of research locations, mobile clinics, and clinicians worldwide, dedicated to breaking down barriers to care through initiatives like Future of Medicine and Difference Makers, putting people at the heart of medical progress via technology, partnerships, and perseverance.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in clinical trial operations, instructional design, and change management while gaining experience in cross-functional collaboration, competency-based training development, and data-driven learning improvement—positioning them as a trusted advisor in clinical education and site readiness.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, education, or equivalent experience
- • Minimum of 2-4 years in clinical research, education, or training delivery, preferably in a CRC role
- • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and site-based research environments
- • Ability to develop, adapt, and deliver adult education in diverse formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning)
- • Proficiency with LMS, Microsoft Teams, and clinical systems
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- • Strong organizational and time management abilities to balance high travel with documentation
- • Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
