- • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing Loss Prevention Team members, ensuring consistent understanding of theft detection protocols and operational best practices.
- • Develop engaging learning materials including guides, manuals, video content, and interactive resources using Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 to enhance knowledge retention and accessibility.
- • Conduct live and recorded training sessions focused on AI-based theft detection systems, manual review procedures, and company policies to maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- • Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback collection, and assessment results, then refine curriculum and delivery methods to improve outcomes.
- • Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to team members to address individual skill gaps, boost confidence, and elevate overall team performance.
- • Collaborate with Operations and Quality Teams to identify emerging training needs, align content with evolving loss prevention strategies, and incorporate real-world incident data into learning modules.
- • Maintain detailed, organized training records to ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit readiness across all training activities.
- • Facilitate onboarding for new hires, guiding them through platform usage, workflow expectations, and performance benchmarks within the first week of employment.
- • Optimize training schedules and delivery formats to accommodate remote, asynchronous, and synchronous learning preferences across global time zones.
- • Ensure all training content adheres to company guidelines, data privacy standards, and ethical practices in retail security monitoring.
- • Stay current with industry trends in loss prevention and AI-driven retail security to continuously improve training relevance and impact.
- • Support cross-functional initiatives by translating operational feedback into actionable training updates and ensuring alignment between quality assurance goals and learner outcomes.
- • Utilize Zoho and other training management systems to track progress, assign modules, and report completion rates to leadership teams.
- • Maintain reliable internet connectivity (minimum 200 MBPS) and ensure all required hardware (headset, webcam) are operational for seamless virtual training delivery.
- • Work within the specified schedule of 5 AM – 2 PM Philippine Time to align with U.S. retail operations and team availability.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Training & Development, Education, or a related field
- • Experience in developing and delivering training programs, preferably in loss prevention or security
- • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- • Proficiency in e-learning platforms, Google Suite, and training management systems
- • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
