• • As a Training and Development Specialist with an accounting focus, you will design and deliver practical, real-world training that bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and the actual demands of US-based accounting work for offshore professionals.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include creating at least one new accounting course per week, facilitating live simulations to assess candidate readiness, tracking training participation and completion rates, and continuously improving training processes through automation and feedback.
• • You will work with CAS, a company focused on building skilled offshore accounting teams that support US CPA firms and accounting departments, operating as a 100% remote, full-time independent contractor based in the Philippines.
• • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in instructional design and accounting training, gain experience in evaluating professional competencies through simulations, and contribute to a scalable training system that enhances the quality and readiness of offshore accounting talent.
