• • The Training & Instructional Design Specialist at Forbright Bank is responsible for conducting comprehensive training for new hires to the digital banking team, ensuring they are fully equipped to perform their roles effectively from day one.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating orientation sessions for new hires in the Digital Banking operations department, identifying training gaps in collaboration with managers and subject matter experts, designing and delivering instructional content, and providing ongoing support to staff to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.
