This remote role is crucial for scaling our comprehensive compliance training content library, specifically by adapting our existing courses for strategic partners. • • In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in expanding our course offerings by meticulously mapping dozens of Ethena's core courses onto a strategic partner's platform. This involves a deep dive into our existing, finalized training content and leveraging partner-specific templates to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a seamless learner experience. Your ability to translate complex content into a new format while maintaining Ethena's high standards will be paramount.
• • You will act as a true "content translator," making informed, independent decisions regarding character length, optimal image placement, and user interface layout. The goal is to ensure our premium content not only functions flawlessly but also looks and feels exceptional within the new environment, reflecting Ethena's commitment to quality and user engagement.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all learners. This includes managing the AI audio generation process and crafting descriptive, high-quality alt-text for all visual assets. Your efforts will directly contribute to providing a first-class learning experience for every individual, regardless of their needs.
• • Rigorous Technical Quality Assurance (QA) is a cornerstone of this position. You will be responsible for conducting thorough QA on your own work, proactively identifying and rectifying any "small things" that could impact the user experience. This includes catching formatting glitches, broken links, or inconsistencies in tone before the content is delivered to the partner, ensuring a polished and professional final product.
• • Collaboration and lifecycle management are key. You will work closely with the Content Operations team, providing regular status updates, demonstrating flexibility to pivot based on feedback, and actively iterating on processes to enhance delivery speed and efficiency. Your input will be valuable in refining our operational workflows.
• • This project is anticipated to span 4-6 weeks, requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week. While regular check-ins with the operations team are scheduled, the majority of this work can be completed flexibly around your own timezone, outside of standard 9-5 business hours. The contract is expected to conclude no later than May 20th.
• • Success in this role will be measured by your ability to successfully migrate approximately 50 core Ethena courses, maintain strict visual and structural consistency across all migrated content, and deliver assets that pass QA with minimal revisions. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to serve strategic partners and expand Ethena's reach.
