📋 Description

• As a Training Senior Executive at Dyson Limited in Istanbul, you will play a pivotal role in driving product knowledge and sales excellence across field teams by designing and delivering impactful training programs that directly support Dyson’s rapid growth in Turkey’s Home Care, Beauty, and Audio markets.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and delivering induction and new product launch trainings, facilitating On-The-Job Training with business partners, supporting Dyson Academy program execution, leading field-based training sessions for Dyson Experts and Stylists, and collaborating with global and local teams to tailor content to Turkey’s market dynamics.
• You will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team within Dyson’s Top 10 countries, operating with the energy and passion of a startup while backed by the global strength and resources of Dyson, headquartered in Istanbul since 2018.
• In this role, you will develop expertise in corporate training design, stakeholder collaboration, performance tracking using KPIs, and change management — gaining hands-on experience in scaling enablement strategies within a high-growth, innovation-driven consumer technology environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in training, learning and development, or a related field
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with global and local teams
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and facilitate engaging training sessions for diverse audiences, including field sales teams and external partners
• Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail in planning, logistics, and follow-up of training activities
• Experience in retail, sales training, or consumer electronics is preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to measure training effectiveness using KPIs and feedback tools
