📋 Description

• • As Twilio’s Transfer Pricing Manager, you will serve as a strategic architect of the company’s intercompany transaction framework, ensuring global tax compliance and efficiency in a high-growth, cloud-based environment.
• • Day to day, you will lead the integration of AI and automation into transfer pricing workflows, oversee the preparation of Master Files, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting, manage intercompany pricing adjustments, document complex transactions, and serve as the primary contact for tax audits and authorities.
• • You will join Twilio’s global tax team, a remote-first, innovation-driven organization committed to shaping the future of communications through AI-native infrastructure and inclusive, globally distributed collaboration.
• • In this role, you will gain autonomy to design scalable, AI-enabled tax processes from scratch, deepen expertise in OECD guidelines and global tax policy, and drive strategic impact by aligning tax strategy with rapid business growth and technological innovation.
