  • • Lead the design, launch, and comprehensive management of complex, enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that are critical to optimizing Zoetis Tech & Digital (ZTD) operations and positioning the company for significant business growth. This pivotal role involves spearheading key workstreams within the ZTD Forward strategic transformation program, a crucial undertaking for the organization's future.
  • • Drive the development and implementation of end-to-end capabilities and services across the entire ZTD organization, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • • Take a leading role in shaping and executing the ZTD workforce strategy, with a particular focus on defining and preparing for the evolving roles and essential skills required in the age of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This includes anticipating future talent needs and developing proactive strategies to meet them.
  • • Enhance and refine the business value realization model, establishing robust processes to effectively capture, track, and report on the benefits delivered by transformation initiatives throughout their lifecycle and post-implementation.
  • • Proactively identify potential risks, challenges, and barriers that could impede the successful implementation of new capabilities and strategies. Develop and execute effective mitigation strategies to address these issues, and escalate critical concerns to senior leadership in a timely and decisive manner.
  • • Ensure that all transformation projects are delivered on time, within the defined scope, and adhere to budgetary constraints, maintaining a high standard of project governance and execution.
  • • Validate the financial viability and overall business value of proposed and ongoing initiatives by employing established cost-benefit analysis methodologies, ensuring that investments are strategically sound and deliver a strong return.
  • • Define, meticulously monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that accurately measure program progress, overall impact, and the successful delivery of value. This includes the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive program dashboards for regular updates and presentations to senior management.
  • • Ensure strict adherence to benefit checkpoints throughout the project lifecycle, confirming that initiatives remain on track to deliver their forecasted measurable value and making adjustments as needed.
  • • Develop and implement comprehensive post-implementation benefit realization plans. These plans will provide a structured framework to ensure that forecasted benefits are achieved, or to recalibrate strategies to maximize value after the initial execution phase.
  • • Maintain a high level of transparency and drive accountability across all transformation efforts, sharing key insights and lessons learned to inform continuous improvement initiatives and guide future strategic investment decisions.
  • • Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and impactful program updates, executive briefings, and actionable recommendations to senior leadership and various governance bodies, facilitating informed decision-making.
  • • Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with executives, key stakeholders, business leaders, technical leads, and external partners. This is essential for securing commitment to transformation goals and ensuring alignment on desired outcomes.
  • • Foster a collaborative environment across diverse business and technology teams to ensure the effective implementation and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and ways of working.
  • • Champion change management best practices throughout the organization, promoting a culture that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous learning to drive sustainable organizational evolution and achieve strategic growth objectives.
