- • As a Travel Operations Manager at Ascend (a subsidiary of Fresh Prints Inc.), you will lead shift-level operations across Client Service, Ticketing, Trip Fulfillment, and Process Management to deliver world-class luxury travel experiences for high-net-worth clients including founders, investors, and executives.
- • You will manage 3–4 Team Leads, provide daily coaching and feedback, own real-time shift operations including resource allocation and escalation resolution, ensure seamless shift handovers, maintain 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy, personally handle VIP clients, drive process improvements by submitting at least two documented enhancements monthly, and collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale consistency across shifts.
- • Ascend is a fast-growing, venture-backed company (Bessemer Venture Partners) that has scaled from 12 to 66 people in over a year, achieved 5x year-over-year revenue growth, and reached $22M+ ARR by democratizing premium travel through proprietary booking methods and 24/7 white-glove concierge service.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in luxury travel operations, build scalable systems, gain experience leading global teams at a high-growth startup, and advance along a clear career path from Concierge Manager to Senior Concierge Manager, Associate Director, and Director based on demonstrated performance and impact.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations
- • 2+ years in a leadership or management role with coaching experience
- • Strong GDS proficiency (Sabre preferred) with comfort in fare rules, complex routing, and ticketing
- • Data-driven approach using metrics to spot trends and improve performance
- • Excellent written and verbal communication for coaching and client messaging
- • Calm under pressure with ability to be a steady presence during high-stress situations
