- • Support daily cash management operations across corporate and regulatory entities by processing all ACH files for provider, broker, and operating expense payments.
- • Maintain daily liquidity positioning and complete the daily cash position report for internal and external reporting.
- • Review and reconcile daily bank reporting to ensure accuracy and alignment with internal records.
- • Process wire transfers and ACH transactions in compliance with NACHA rules and internal controls.
- • Assist the accounting team in executing and administering the monthly financial close, including treasury-related reconciliations and documentation.
- • Support audit preparation and execution by maintaining comprehensive documentation of tested treasury functions and controls.
- • Evaluate existing treasury procedures and controls to identify opportunities for improved accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- • Recommend and implement new banking services and technologies to enhance treasury operations while safeguarding company assets.
- • Leverage AI tools to automate treasury workflows and improve process efficiency in cash management and reporting.
- • Ensure transparency, integrity, and consistency of cash and treasury reporting to support the broader finance function.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and technology teams to align treasury operations with organizational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of cash management and treasury operations experience, preferably in a large corporate treasury environment
- • Bachelor’s Degree in finance or equivalent
- • Knowledge of Treasury Management Systems, specifically Kyriba, and BAI2 files
- • Experience with ACH and NACHA rules
- • Knowledge of AI tools to automate Treasury processes and workflows
- • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification or current CTP candidate is strongly preferred
