- • Treasury Business Partner at Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates and scales consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, supporting founders to build global leaders.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the key contact and partner for projects in the Treasury block, opening payment infrastructure for assigned projects, launching new initiatives, maintaining active business directions, sourcing and opening new banking/payment partners/card providers, implementing operational process optimizations, participating in payment automation and reconciliation in ERP systems, and overseeing business payouts, corporate card control, and digest preparation.
- • The Finance team at Skelar AS ensures end-to-end financial management for businesses of any complexity, manages stakeholder relationships across countries, and elevates payment processes to a new level of quality.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in treasury operations within a venture-builder context, gain cross-border financial experience, contribute to scaling global consumer businesses, and grow through Skelar’s internal learning platforms, including domain-specific education, professional clubs, and leadership programs.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in the financial sector
- • Experience working with banks/payment systems and non-Ukraine jurisdictions
- • Upper-Intermediate English (spoken and written) for communication with banks and external partners
- • Financial or economic education
- • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
