Full Job Description

đź“‹ Description

  • • Own the global cash story: every morning you will open the Treasury dashboard and know—within minutes—exactly how much cash sits in 200+ bank accounts across 15 currencies, which entities are approaching covenant limits, and where excess liquidity can be redeployed to fund growth initiatives. You will translate this real-time intelligence into concise, board-ready narratives that influence multi-million-dollar capital-allocation decisions.
  • • Architect next-generation cash management: design and roll out multi-lateral netting structures that eliminate unnecessary FX conversions, implement notional and physical cash-pooling arrangements that reduce external borrowing by 8–12 %, and automate daily cash-position reporting using APIs that feed directly into Power BI. Your playbook will become the global standard replicated by regional controllers.
  • • Build bullet-proof controls and policy: draft, update, and socialize Treasury policies that satisfy SOX, FFIEC, and emerging ESG disclosure requirements. You will map every process—from bank-account opening to wire release—to a RACI chart, embed dual-control checkpoints, and run quarterly control walkthroughs with Internal Audit that result in zero post-review findings.
  • • Be the go-to banking strategist: negotiate master service agreements, lockbox pricing, and virtual card rebate structures with top-tier global banks. You will benchmark fees against industry quartiles, leverage competitive RFPs, and secure 10–15 % cost savings while expanding service levels. Relationship managers will call you first when new products launch because they know you can evaluate ROI in hours, not weeks.
  • • Partner across the business to unlock working capital: run weekly cash-culture workshops with AR, AP, and Supply-Chain teams to shorten DSO by 3 days and extend DPO by 5 days without damaging vendor relationships. You will model early-pay discounts, dynamic discounting portals, and supply-chain finance programs that together free up $25 M in liquidity for product innovation.
  • • Power strategic projects and M&A: build three-statement merger models that quantify synergies from treasury integration, run scenario analyses on target-company debt covenants, and present funding alternatives (revolver upsize, private placement, cross-currency swaps) to the CFO and Board. Post-close, you will lead the 100-day integration plan that harmonizes bank accounts, signs, and treasury systems.
  • • Elevate investor and rating-agency confidence: prepare quarterly liquidity slides, covenant-compliance certificates, and stress-test summaries that S&P and Moody’s cite as “best-in-class.” You will craft the treasury chapter of the annual report, highlighting how disciplined cash management underpins CSI’s investment-grade rating and supports a 25 % dividend-growth trajectory.
  • • Champion a culture of continuous improvement: launch a Treasury “Kaizen” program where analysts pitch automation ideas every month. You will fund the top three prototypes (RPA bots for bank reconciliations, AI-driven cash-flow forecasting, blockchain-based payment tracking) and scale the winners enterprise-wide, cutting manual effort by 40 % within 18 months.
  • • Mentor and grow talent: supervise two treasury analysts, set quarterly OKRs, and create individualized development plans that map to CTP certification milestones. You will host lunch-and-learn sessions on FX hedging strategies and cross-train team members on FP&A systems so that succession depth is never in doubt.
  • • Ensure audit and regulatory readiness: serve as the primary contact for external auditors, bank examiners, and tax authorities. You will maintain an evergreen audit repository—bank confirmations, KYC files, ISDA schedules—so that every request is fulfilled within 24 hours and audit fees trend downward year-over-year.
