- • As a Treasury Manager at Crusoe at the role is a senior leader in the Treasury function, owning critical work streams across investment portfolio management, interest rate risk, debt compliance, and liquidity, supporting the company's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence by building vertically integrated AI infrastructure from electrons to tokens.
- • Day to day, you will drive the build-out of banking and investment infrastructure for multi-billion-dollar projects, oversee the investment portfolio and external advisor relationships, analyze interest rate conditions for hedging strategies, own lender debt covenant compliance across SPVs, design reporting frameworks for debt facilities, support liquidity forecasting with Finance, lead strategic analytical support for capital deployment, manage global cash positioning, and build executive reporting packages using Excel and PowerPoint.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in treasury operations, investment oversight, interest rate hedging, and cross-functional leadership, while driving process discipline and data-driven decision-making across the organization, positioning yourself as a high-visibility leader in Treasury with opportunities to influence capital allocation and risk management at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years’ experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, or Investment Management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- • Highly advanced quantitative and analytical skills
- • Exceptional Excel modeling skills, with the ability to create detailed and complex financial models from scratch for a variety of purposes
- • Strong command of financial theory (economics, capital structure, WACC, derivatives, portfolio management, company valuations, etc.) and its practical applications
- • Demonstrated experience overseeing investment portfolios and managing external investment advisor relationships, with strong working knowledge of fixed income
