• • As Treasury Manager at Engine Group Holdings, Inc., you will play a vital role in managing the company’s financial liquidity, risk, and capital efficiency in a high-growth, remote-first fintech environment. Your work ensures Engine maintains optimal cash flow, minimizes financial risk, and supports strategic growth initiatives through disciplined treasury operations.
• • Day to day, you will oversee daily cash positioning and short-term forecasting, optimize working capital by collaborating with AP, AR, Credit, and FP&A teams, manage foreign exchange exposures through hedging strategies, invest excess liquidity in low-risk instruments, monitor and administer the revolving credit facility, serve as the primary liaison with banking partners, maintain treasury controls and compliance, enhance treasury systems and reporting, and partner cross-functionally with Accounting, Legal, and Operations to align treasury activities with business objectives.
