- • Treasury Operations Lead at Aspora, Inc. responsible for ensuring reliable movement of funds across fiat, digital assets, and cross-border corridors by managing liquidity, FX execution, and remittance operations.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning intraday cash positioning across nostro and partner accounts, driving foreign inward remittance operations end-to-end, executing FX across multi-currency books, building and maintaining working capital models, and managing reconciliation accuracy and exception resolution.
- • Aspora is a borderless financial operating system founded in 2022, backed by top-tier investors including Sequoia Capital and Y Combinator, with a global team of 150+ across India, UK, UAE, EU, and US, focused on redefining global banking through extreme ownership and customer impact.
- • The role offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in multi-currency treasury operations, shape scalable treasury infrastructure, and gain direct accountability for settlement reliability and banking partner trust in a high-impact, low-bureaucracy environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in Treasury Operations, Liquidity Management, or FX at a fintech, bank, or high-volume cross-border business
- • Personal experience running inward remittance operations across multiple corridors or currencies in a regulated environment
- • Proven ability to make live intraday funding decisions on real positions, including prefunding, sweeps, and inter-account movements
- • Comfort working across multi-jurisdiction regulatory frameworks such as RBI/IFSC, UAE Central Bank, FCA, or equivalents
- • High ownership mindset with bias for execution — treating open positions and unresolved breaks as personal responsibility until resolved
