- • As a Trial Experience Specialist (Inside Sales) - Spanish Bilingual at HighLevel Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the first impression of the HighLevel platform for Spanish-speaking prospects, directly influencing conversion rates and early customer success by guiding them through pre-trial engagement with expertise and empathy.
- • You will be responsible for delivering compelling, personalized software demonstrations and consultative conversations that uncover business needs, align HighLevel’s capabilities to prospect goals, and inspire confident trial initiation — all while maintaining a high-performance, metrics-driven approach in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • You are part of a global, innovative team at HighLevel, a leader in AI-powered all-in-one sales and marketing platforms serving over 1 million businesses worldwide, where your contributions directly support the company’s mission to empower agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to scale through intelligent automation and seamless customer journeys.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in SaaS sales methodologies, consultative engagement, and product-led growth strategies, while refining your bilingual communication, demo delivery, and objection-handling skills — positioning you for advancement into senior sales, customer success, or product specialist roles within HighLevel’s rapidly expanding organization.
- • Conduct 15–20 high-quality, personalized product demonstrations daily via video conferencing (Zoom, Google Meet) to Spanish-speaking prospects, tailoring each session to their specific industry, business size, and pain points (e.g., lead generation, client retention, marketing automation).
- • Proactively engage inbound and outbound leads through phone, email, and chat, qualifying prospects using BANT and MEDDIC frameworks to identify high-intent opportunities and prioritize follow-up based on engagement signals and behavioral data.
- • Master and articulate HighLevel’s full suite of features — including CRM, email/SMS marketing, funnel builder, appointment scheduling, reputation management, and AI-powered tools — to clearly demonstrate how the platform solves real-world challenges for agencies, coaches, consultants, and local service businesses.
- • Address pre-trial objections with confidence and empathy, leveraging product knowledge, use-case storytelling, and social proof (e.g., client testimonials, case studies) to reduce friction and increase trial conversion rates by at least 15–20% over baseline.
- • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to share prospect feedback, identify trends in feature requests or confusion points, and contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding materials, demo scripts, and self-serve resources.
- • Maintain meticulous activity logs in Salesforce or HubSpot, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as demo-to-trial rate, response time, and follow-up cadence, and consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified trials generated.
- • Participate in weekly team huddles, monthly training sessions, and quarterly business reviews to stay updated on product releases, competitive positioning, and sales best practices, while contributing ideas to improve team performance and customer experience.
- • Embrace a culture of ownership and initiative by suggesting process improvements, mentoring new hires, and volunteering for cross-functional projects (e.g., product launches, webinars, localization efforts) that enhance the Spanish-speaking customer journey.
🎯 Requirements
- • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) with professional business communication skills
- • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS demos, lead qualification, or customer-facing roles in technology or marketing software
- • Proven ability to deliver engaging, consultative product demonstrations and handle objections effectively in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
- • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
- • Strong time management, self-discipline, and ability to thrive in a remote-first, autonomous work setting with minimal supervision
- • Passion for technology, marketing, or SaaS industries and a genuine interest in helping small businesses succeed
🏖️ Benefits
- • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure with quarterly bonuses tied to trial conversion and revenue impact
- • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans for employees and dependents, including mental health and wellness resources
- • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching, paid time off (PTO), and paid company holidays
- • Remote-first work flexibility with stipend for home office setup and ongoing internet/phone expenses
- • Ongoing professional development through internal training, access to LinkedIn Learning, and sponsorship for relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- • Inclusive, diverse, and supportive culture with employee resource groups, virtual team-building events, and recognition programs
- • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI-powered technology and contribute to a platform serving over 1 million businesses globally
- • Clear career progression paths into Senior Sales Specialist, Team Lead, Customer Success Manager, or Product Specialist roles
