- • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for high-impact corporate roles across LATAM, acting as the strategic talent partner to hiring managers from requisition approval through day-one onboarding. You will quarterback every stage—intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and post-acceptance engagement—while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.
- • Build and execute data-driven sourcing strategies that attract top multilingual talent across Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and beyond. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, employee referrals, and targeted outreach campaigns to create evergreen pipelines for technical, professional, and leadership positions.
- • Champion First Advantage’s commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by embedding structured, bias-free interview guides and diverse panels into every search. Coach hiring managers on equitable evaluation criteria and ensure compliance with local employment laws across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Serve as the single point of accountability for requisition health in Workday. Maintain 100 % data integrity for candidate statuses, disposition reasons, compensation ranges, and audit trails. Generate weekly funnel analytics to forecast time-to-fill, identify bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements.
- • Collaborate with Total Rewards and People & Culture Business Partners to craft competitive, market-aligned offers. Present holistic packages—including base, bonus, equity, and benefits—to candidates while addressing objections and securing signed contracts with minimal fall-off during notice periods.
- • Drive an employer-branding presence across digital channels by publishing thought-leadership content, hosting virtual info sessions, and amplifying employee stories in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Position First Advantage as the employer of choice for mission-driven technologists and customer-centric professionals.
- • Partner with Talent Acquisition Coordinators and Onboarding Specialists to orchestrate seamless interview scheduling, background checks, IT provisioning, and orientation logistics. Maintain white-glove communication with finalists from offer acceptance through day 30 to safeguard engagement and retention.
- • Continuously level-up your craft by participating in global TA communities, piloting new AI sourcing tools, and sharing best practices during monthly LATAM recruiter roundtables. Contribute to the evolution of scalable playbooks that reduce time-to-hire by 20 % year-over-year while elevating candidate NPS above 80.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or BPO environments; bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- • Demonstrated success filling technical and/or leadership roles across LATAM; fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal) at a business-professional level
- • Advanced proficiency with Workday Recruiting or a comparable ATS; expert user of LinkedIn Recruiter and additional sourcing platforms
- • Strong grasp of regional employment legislation spanning Mexico, Brazil, and other LATAM markets; ability to apply compliant, ethical hiring practices
