📋 Description

• • The Trust & Safety Manager at Pareto AI, Inc. owns the expert integrity function end-to-end, building proactive systems to ensure the platform remains fair, safe, and trustworthy for experts and customers.
• • Day to day, the role involves defining and maintaining the Code of Conduct and T&S policies, designing risk screening and investigation workflows, leading a team of Risk Screening and Investigation Specialists, embedding T&S into the expert lifecycle, and partnering with Product and Engineering to translate judgment-based work into scalable tools and automation.
• • The team operates at the intersection of policy, operations, and technology, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Delivery, Quality Ops, Expert Growth, and Community to integrate trust and safety into every stage of the expert journey.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in designing auditable enforcement systems, leading high-integrity teams, using SQL for independent data analysis, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable, ethical AI training platforms.
