• • As a Trust & Safety Specialist at Roadie Inc., you will play a critical role in protecting the integrity and safety of the platform by identifying, investigating, and resolving fraudulent activities that threaten user trust and operational security.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leveraging data to detect fraud patterns, validating user identities, adjudicating consumer reports, managing high-risk situations, auditing sender Gig-related claims, and collaborating with stakeholders and law enforcement to implement fraud mitigation strategies while ensuring compliance with geographic and legal regulations.
• • You will join a specialized Trust & Safety team within Roadie, a UPS-backed logistics leader serving 97% of U.S. households through a network of over 310,000 independent drivers, where your work directly supports safe, reliable delivery experiences across urban and rural communities.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in fraud detection, risk management, compliance, and investigative processes, gaining hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and contributing to process improvements that reduce company liability and enhance platform safety.
