- • Own end-to-end app user acquisition campaigns across AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, and programmatic DSPs with daily spend exceeding $500K.
- • Monitor live campaigns daily, making proactive budget and bid adjustments to optimize for revenue and predictive LTV targets without waiting for scheduled reviews.
- • Diagnose and resolve performance drops in real time, acting as a hands-on operator who fixes issues before they escalate.
- • Analyze top-performing creatives and competitive trends across TikTok and Facebook to inform a balanced creative testing roadmap of iterations and new concepts.
- • Lead the creative ecosystem by briefing, reviewing, and prioritizing production with the internal creative team to maintain a continuous flow of test assets.
- • Manage cross-channel attribution windows and settings using Adjust MMP to ensure accurate tracking, clean data, and reliable performance insights across app and web.
- • Optimize campaigns against revenue-based KPIs and predictive lifetime value, focusing on downstream signals that drive long-term business impact.
- • Work in a fully in-office environment five days a week in Berlin to maintain high-energy momentum and collaboration.
- • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to align on shared creative and performance goals, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and execution clarity.
- • Navigate complex attribution models, campaign types, and multi-platform tracking systems to extract actionable insights from fragmented data sources.
- • Maintain a data-driven, signal-focused mindset — prioritizing ratios and performance indicators over top-line spend metrics.
- • Operate with high ownership and intensity, treating every campaign as an active responsibility requiring daily attention and rapid iteration.
- • Build and refine testing pipelines that balance creative iteration with innovation, ensuring sustained growth in user acquisition efficiency.
- • Translate performance data into strategic creative briefs that drive higher-performing ad assets across all major mobile advertising platforms.
- • Ensure all UA activities are aligned with Almedia’s goal of becoming Germany’s second bootstrapped unicorn through scalable, profitable user growth.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience scaling app install campaigns across at least two of: AppLovin, Google UAC, Facebook, TikTok, or programmatic DSPs with meaningful budget responsibility
- • Demonstrated ability to manage large daily budgets ($500K+) in live environments with precision and speed
- • Solid understanding of mobile attribution, MMP setup (Adjust preferred), and how attribution windows interact across channels
- • Experience optimizing toward revenue and predictive LTV KPIs, ideally in gaming or subscription apps
- • Strong creative judgment: ability to analyze performance data, brief agencies, and plan a testing roadmap balancing iteration and innovation
- • Proactive problem-solving operator who acts daily on campaign performance without waiting for scheduled reviews
