  • • Serve as the primary operational and performance reporting lead for ultra high net worth (UHNW) client relationships, including multi-entity households, trusts, partnerships, foundations, closely held assets, alternative investments, and personal accounts.
  • • Partner with UHNW Relationship Managers, Financial Advisors, product teams, and operations partners to deliver bespoke client support for complex financial structures.
  • • Deliver high-touch internal support for time-sensitive, client-impacting operational requests involving alternative investments and manual account maintenance.
  • • Design, implement, and continuously refine scalable UHNW performance reporting frameworks within Orion Advisor Technology and other systems.
  • • Create and maintain highly customized performance reports, including consolidated performance summaries, entity-level reporting, net worth analyses, and asset allocation views tailored to UHNW clients.
  • • Build and enhance reporting templates to meet evolving client needs, ensuring accuracy across complex, multi-custodian, and illiquid asset data.
  • • Perform detailed analysis of investment performance data, identifying and resolving discrepancies related to cash flows, benchmarks, manual valuations, and non-standard reporting structures.
  • • Oversee the setup and maintenance of alternative investments and manually maintained accounts in Orion and related portfolio accounting systems.
  • • Convert valuation and transaction data from alternative and illiquid assets into standardized portfolio accounting templates.
  • • Troubleshoot account setup, valuation, and reporting issues across complex client structures with multiple entities and custodians.
  • • Act as a senior subject matter expert and escalation point for UHNW operational, accounting, and reporting matters.
  • • Educate Financial Advisors and internal teams on performance calculation methodologies, benchmark application, and reporting best practices.
  • • Serve as a key liaison between UHNW Relationship Management, Investments, Product, Operations, and Technology to translate client needs into data and workflow solutions.
  • • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve UHNW reporting processes, data integrity, and service delivery standards.
  • • Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of Orion for UHNW use cases, including data structure, account configuration, and reporting capabilities.
  • • Provide guidance, training, and subject matter expertise to advisors and internal partners on UHNW reporting limitations and system capabilities.
  • • Cross-train and support other Operations teams as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • • Identify system limitations and develop creative, manual, or interim solutions to ensure accurate and timely reporting when automated tools are insufficient.
  • • Play a central role in defining best practices, workflows, and scalable processes for the evolving UHNW operations and reporting function.
  • • All other duties as assigned.
