- • Provide technical and clinical leadership during pre-sales by demonstrating the full range of GE Healthcare Ultrasound products, including capabilities, potential uses, and benefits to drive regional revenue.
- • Coordinate, schedule, and execute objective-based system training for customers, monitoring and reporting on training outcomes to ensure clinical competency and workflow optimization.
- • Serve as a subject matter expert and clinical liaison to the sales organization, strengthening clinical capabilities and fostering customer relationships to advance business opportunities.
- • Penetrate competitive accounts and communicate current market intelligence back to the business to inform strategy and product positioning.
- • Advance new product introduction (NPI) features and clinical techniques by partnering with customers to develop tailored training plans that support assimilation and ongoing education needs.
- • Support trade shows and professional conferences through live product demonstrations and hands-on customer training sessions.
- • Act as the primary focal point for the ultrasound modality team, identifying customer satisfaction issues, assisting with escalations, problem determination, and specialty training requests.
- • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with key customers, including identification and engagement of key opinion leaders (KOLs), to standardize and optimize clinical protocols and support education initiatives.
- • Embrace and promote adoption of hybrid training delivery models to meet evolving customer learning preferences and operational needs.
- • Maintain accurate, well-documented pre- and post-training materials in alignment with global guidance and compliance standards.
- • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to safety and quality by adhering to GE HealthCare’s Quality Management System and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
- • Travel extensively (80%+, 4-5 days per week) across the Central Florida territory and beyond as needed, using multiple modes of transportation including car, air, and train, with overnight stays and occasional weekend travel.
- • Live in or near Orlando, FL, with relocation assistance available for qualified candidates not currently residing in the area.
- • Possess ARDMS certification in Abdomen or OB/Gyn, with preferred additional certifications in Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), Adult Cardiac, or MSK.
- • Demonstrate deep understanding of clinical education training processes and implementation within the ultrasound imaging environment.
- • Exhibit proven ability to deliver complex clinical and technical information while adapting messaging to diverse audiences, including clinicians, administrators, and technical staff.
- • Maintain knowledge of healthcare information systems, networking, and IT infrastructure relevant to ultrasound system integration and operation.
- • Have demonstrated experience working directly with GE Healthcare Ultrasound systems in a clinical or applications support capacity.
