- • Provide administrative and tactical support to field sales teams for the Ultrasound product line, including order package submission, quote edits, change orders, and concession workflow creation and closure.
- • Partner with field sales teams to resolve operational issues related to commercial transactions, non-standard terms requests, and order processing.
- • Coordinate workflow closures across multiple functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of sales activities.
- • Drive commercial compliance by supporting legal escalation workflows and assisting with audits, particularly during quarter-end closing activities to mitigate revenue risk.
- • Manage departmental communication needs, ensuring clear and consistent information flow between sales, legal, finance, and operations teams.
- • Prepare and process analytical reports and data to support sales performance tracking and operational decision-making.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies in sales support processes and recommending standardization and simplification measures.
- • Support team culture by promoting responsiveness, customer satisfaction, and collaboration across all levels of the sales support function.
- • Work from a dedicated home office space with high-speed internet, maintaining a distraction-free environment to ensure productivity and accuracy.
- • Be available to work extended hours during quarter-end close periods to meet critical business deadlines.

- • Ensure all activities comply with U.S. employment regulations and company policies regarding legal authorization to work.
🎯 Requirements
- • College degree OR High School diploma / GED and 2+ years’ experience in customer service or field support role
- • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office
- • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure against tight deadlines with accuracy
- • Willingness to work extended hours at quarter close
- • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
