- • The UM Product Operations Analyst supports and advances an AI-enabled utilization management solution that automates prior authorization, ensuring clinical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency by translating complex clinical and payer requirements into structured logic.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing payer and clinical data, creating and executing test strategies for software and AI/NLP features, documenting defects, validating NLP model outputs, developing annotation guidelines, collaborating across clinical, engineering, product, and data science teams, and driving process improvements with minimal supervision.
- • Availity is a certified 'Great Place to Work' healthcare technology pioneer headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, with offices in Bangalore, India, and a remote U.S. workforce, connecting over 2 million providers to health plans and processing 12 billion transactions annually while transforming healthcare through innovation and patient-centered mission.
