📋 Description

• As a Junior Underwriting Analyst at Keep Labs Inc., you will play a key role in evaluating credit applications and supporting credit operations for Canadian businesses, contributing to responsible lending processes in a fast-growing fintech environment.
• Day to day, you will assist in reviewing credit applications, gather documentation, input and organize financial data using Google Sheets and Excel, maintain accurate records, collaborate with team members on follow-ups, and actively learn about risk management, financial modeling, and credit policy.
• Keep Labs Inc. is a remote-first fintech company backed by VCs, led by seasoned global startup veterans, and focused on reshaping Canadian banking through cross-border services like credit cards, deposit accounts, currency conversion, and revenue financing for SMBs.
• In this role, you will grow your underwriting skills, gain hands-on experience in credit analysis and data-driven decision-making, and develop expertise in financial modeling and risk management within a supportive, innovative team that values autonomy and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Detail-oriented with strong ability to work with numbers and financial data
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel for data organization and analysis
• Recent graduate or early-career professional in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Actuarial Science
• Team player with clear communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with a willingness to learn
