📋 Description

• • The Underwriting Operations Supervisor will manage personnel and activities of a policy operations team, driving process improvement and innovation while supervising Underwriting Technical Assistants under the strategic direction of an Operations Manager.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing workflow for the assigned team or line of business, monitoring productivity, volume, service standards, and accuracy, assisting in process improvement initiatives, ensuring timely handling of emails and tasks, providing direction on complicated tasks, communicating with management, underwriters, and brokers, mentoring and training staff, creating routine and ad-hoc reports, participating in special projects, and collaborating across the organization for process optimization.
