- • The Upsell Associate Optimization Planner role at QVC, Inc. is critical to driving company revenue by strategically identifying and implementing upsell and cross-sell opportunities across merchandise categories, directly impacting financial performance and enhancing the customer shopping experience.
- • Day to day, the role involves determining appropriate upsell items for scripted and non-scripted products, analyzing internal reports to identify opportunities, applying business rules around inventory, pricing, and SKU validity, setting pricing and credit terms in the Pricing System, advocating for higher attachment rates, monitoring sales trends to adjust calendars, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on merchandising strategy.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of related experience in retail planning, merchandising, or marketing
- • 1+ year of experience in analytics using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- • Knowledge of apparel and jewelry trends
- • High school diploma or equivalent experience
- • Ability to travel if needed
