📋 Description
- • As an Upsells Sales Development Representative at Weave Communications, you will play a critical role in expanding customer value by identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and features to existing clients, directly contributing to long-term partnership growth and revenue expansion.
- • You will engage in consultative, relationship-driven outreach to help customers discover how Weave’s solutions can evolve with their business needs, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform as they scale.
- • Day to day, you will proactively contact current Weave customers via outbound calls and personalized emails to introduce relevant upsell opportunities based on their usage patterns and business goals.
- • You will conduct discovery conversations to uncover unmet needs, assess readiness for expansion, and qualify interest in additional Weave products or features before handing off to Account Executives or Product Specialists.
- • You will consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets, including a set volume of calls, emails, and qualified demos scheduled, while maintaining high standards of outreach quality and follow-up.
- • You will maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, outcomes, and next steps in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and enabling seamless handoffs to sales and customer success teams.
- • You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Product teams to align on account strategy, timing of outreach, and feedback loops that improve cross-functional execution.
- • You will actively participate in team knowledge sharing by documenting successful talk tracks, common objections, and effective outreach strategies to help refine collective performance and improve conversion rates.
- • You will operate within a supportive, in-office environment at Weave’s headquarters in Lehi, UT, reporting directly to the Director of Sales Development and Operations, where mentorship, coaching, and team collaboration are prioritized.
- • You will gain hands-on experience in SaaS sales methodologies, consultative selling, CRM management, and account-based expansion strategies—building a strong foundation for a long-term career in sales, account management, or customer success.
- • You will develop deep product expertise in Weave’s suite of customer communication and practice management tools, enabling you to speak confidently about how each feature solves real business problems for healthcare, dental, and service-based businesses.
- • You will cultivate resilience, adaptability, and emotional intelligence by navigating varied customer responses and learning to pivot conversations toward value-driven outcomes rather than transactional pressure.
- • You will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by sharing insights that shape team playbooks, training materials, and outreach cadences, leaving a measurable impact on how Weave approaches customer expansion.
