- • As a US Account Executive I at Henry Schein ONE, you will serve as a trusted advisor and technology sales professional focused on the dental market, driving revenue growth by understanding complex practice needs and positioning integrated software, hardware, and imaging solutions from the Henry Schein ONE portfolio. Your role is critical to helping dental practices optimize workflows, improve patient care, and achieve business goals through consultative sales and strategic partnership development.
- • You will expertly manage end-to-end sales cycles by creating detailed business plans, delivering value-based insights through discoveries and demos, and connecting dental practice needs with Henry Schein ONE solutions using proven sales methodologies and industry insights. This includes identifying new opportunities through strategic partnerships, maintaining CRM accuracy with timely updates, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring a minimum of two sales opportunities per day via disciplined outbound activities.
- • You will collaborate closely with Henry Schein Dental sales representatives to drive incremental business, resolve customer complaints to preserve company reputation, and uphold global business standards by adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical conduct in all client interactions and internal operations.

🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Software Account Executive, selling to new clients, or in a professional technology software sales role, or equivalent dental market expertise
- • High School Diploma or GED required
- • Excellent consultative skills related to complex software sales, including change management and relationship management
- • Strong abilities in strategic partnership development, negotiation, and value-based selling
- • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
- • Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and time-management skills

- • Competitive compensation with a base salary range of $50,000.00 to $56,000.00 and an OTE (On Target Earnings) range of $90,000.00 to $96,000.00
