Joyteractive, a leading developer and publisher renowned for its captivating puzzle games, is seeking an exceptional User Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in Poland. We are a company of over 60 dedicated professionals, united by a shared ambition to conquer the puzzle game market, and we're looking for a strategic thinker to drive our user acquisition efforts to new heights. Our flagship title, Cryptogram: Word Brain Puzzle, has already achieved a remarkable #3 position among all iOS and Android word games in the US, a testament to our commitment to quality and player engagement. As our User Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our player base and ensuring the profitable growth of our game portfolio, which primarily focuses on engaging Puzzle and Casual genres across iOS and Android platforms.
- • In this critical role, you will be entrusted with the comprehensive operational management of our user acquisition campaigns. This includes meticulous funnel calculation, ensuring we understand every step of the user journey from initial impression to conversion. You will be responsible for the technical setup of campaigns across various ad platforms, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data flow. Your day-to-day will involve deep dives into the performance of our advertising efforts, analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns through a variety of tools. This analysis will extend beyond basic metrics, requiring you to leverage internal services, Google Sheets, and other analytical platforms to extract actionable insights. You will be the guardian of our ad spend, ensuring every dollar invested yields the maximum return.
- • A significant part of your responsibility will be the meticulous optimization of campaigns for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) at key performance milestones, including Day 0, Day 7, and Day 30. You will be tasked with not only optimizing but also scaling these campaigns profitably, identifying opportunities to increase reach and acquisition volume without compromising on financial efficiency. This requires a profound understanding of key mobile gaming metrics such as Average Revenue Per User (ARPU), Retention rates, Lifetime Value (LTV), effective Cost Per Mille (eCPM), and Cost Per Install (CPI). You will need to navigate the complex interplay of these metrics to make informed decisions that drive sustainable growth.
- • Your expertise will be put to the test as you work hands-on with a suite of industry-leading advertising platforms. This includes extensive experience with major players like AppLovin, Unity Ads, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram Ads), and Mintegral. You will be responsible for managing paid traffic profitably across these channels, ensuring our campaigns are reaching the right audiences at the right time. Furthermore, a crucial aspect of your role will involve the systematic testing and scaling of creatives. You will develop and implement a robust creative testing framework to identify high-performing ad assets and rapidly scale them to maximize campaign effectiveness and engagement. This iterative process of testing, analyzing, and scaling is fundamental to staying ahead in the competitive mobile gaming landscape.
