📋 Description

• • The User Adoption Specialist (Operations) plays a critical role in moving InterVarsity staff from mere access to genuine engagement with the student data app, ensuring technology serves ministry rather than becoming a barrier.
• • Day to day, the Specialist designs and leads user adoption strategies across three key ministry windows—summer pilots, Fall New Student Outreach, and January New Student Outreach—by conducting readiness assessments, defining activation moments, creating role-based onboarding, recruiting peer champions, and coordinating with UX and project teams to turn field feedback into product improvements.
• • Working within InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, a faith-based nonprofit focused on campus ministry, the Specialist operates at the intersection of technology, field ministry, and organizational change, supporting staff who serve students across diverse campuses nationwide.
• • In this role, the Specialist will deepen expertise in change management, adult learning, and nonprofit technology adoption while building trusted relationships with field staff and contributing to scalable, sustainable tools that enhance how staff track and serve students.
