📋 Description

• The User Enablement & Adoption Specialist will drive the successful adoption and sustained use of internal applications, with a strong focus on Amplify’s AI initiatives, ensuring systems are effectively rolled out, trained on, and aligned with organizational goals.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include developing administration frameworks for business applications, leading AI initiative rollouts, troubleshooting support tickets, creating documentation and training materials, and partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and improve user adoption.
• The role operates within Amplify Education, a leader in K–12 literacy, math, and science education serving over 18 million students and teachers globally, where the specialist will collaborate with business teams, development, and IT services to enhance internal systems.
• This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in enterprise AI enablement, change management, and technical training while making a measurable impact on how Amplify’s workforce leverages technology to support educational outcomes.
