User Support & Operations Specialist (New Grad)

📋 Description

• • As a User Support & Operations Specialist (New Grad), you will serve as the bridge between users and the product team, ensuring every person who uses Novellia’s health data platform feels supported, empowered, and heard—directly contributing to a mission that puts individuals in control of their health data.
• • Day to day, you will own the end-to-end user support process, triage and resolve user issues in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams, identify recurring pain points to drive product improvements, create and refine support resources and workflows, capture and organize user feedback, contribute to patient-facing communications like FAQs and documentation, assist in testing new features, and ensure smooth communication during product updates.
• • Novellia is a mission-driven health tech company that enables individuals in the US to access nearly a decade of their health data for free in under 30 seconds, aggregating records across providers into a single, up-to-date longitudinal view. The company partners with top researchers and biopharma organizations to turn patient-authorized data into real-world evidence, backed by tier-1 investors and recognized by leading scientific bodies such as ASCO and SABCS/AACR.
