📋 Description
- • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover insights about user needs and behaviors
- • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify patterns, trends, and innovation opportunities in shipping, mailing, and ecommerce experiences
- • Collaborate with UX, product, and engineering teams to translate findings into actionable design recommendations
- • Create reports, presentations, and visualizations that communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
- • Support iterative testing and validation of new features and products based on user feedback
- • Stay current with UX research methods, tools, and industry best practices
🎯 Requirements
- • Actively pursuing a degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Psychology, Data Science, or a related field
- • Solid understanding of UX research basics and human behavior
- • Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to collaborate across teams
