📋 Description

• • The Valuations Coordinator at Backflip Holdings Inc. is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for owning the execution of appraisal operations across the full lifecycle — from order placement through report delivery — ensuring deals move efficiently through strong pipeline management, proactive follow-up, and real-time visibility.
• • Day to day, the role involves placing appraisal orders across multiple platforms with accuracy and timeliness, managing a high-volume pipeline of pre-close and post-close orders, maintaining real-time updates in HubSpot and other systems, monitoring and enforcing SLAs (including the 2-day SLA), ensuring completed reports are properly received and handed off, serving as the primary point of contact for processors on valuation status, and contributing to operational consistency by following standardized processes and identifying workflow improvements.
