• • Foundry For Good is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Value Creation Specialist to join our mission-driven team in the Philippines. This role is pivotal in enhancing the performance and impact of organizations within our portfolio, ensuring they rapidly achieve growth, efficiency, and greater mission fulfillment. You will be instrumental in translating our deep sector expertise, extensive network, and robust operational capabilities into measurable improvements for newly invested or acquired entities.
• • As a Value Creation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to implement structured value-creation initiatives. This involves a hands-on approach to identifying and capitalizing on opportunities across various business functions, including operational enhancements, revenue generation strategies, partnership development, and overall strategic growth. You will work closely with the founders and leadership teams of portfolio companies, acting as a catalyst for positive change and driving execution of improvements in critical areas such as marketing, sales, operations, and product development.
• • A key aspect of this role is the strategic deployment of Foundry For Good's internal expertise, dedicated teams, and established networks. Your efforts will be focused on accelerating the performance of portfolio companies by leveraging these resources effectively. This includes facilitating knowledge transfer, providing strategic guidance, and connecting portfolio companies with the right internal or external support to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
• • You will also play a crucial role in documenting and formalizing repeatable playbooks. These standardized processes will be essential for onboarding new organizations, scaling their operations efficiently, and implementing continuous operational improvements. The development of these playbooks will ensure consistency and best practices across the portfolio, fostering a culture of learning and adaptation.
• • Measuring and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business metrics will be fundamental to your role. You will be responsible for monitoring progress, assessing the impact of implemented initiatives, and providing data-driven insights to stakeholders. This analytical approach will ensure that value creation efforts are aligned with strategic objectives and delivering tangible results.
• • Furthermore, you will be tasked with driving cross-portfolio collaboration and knowledge sharing. By fostering an environment where best practices and lessons learned are openly exchanged, you will contribute to the collective growth and success of all organizations within the Foundry For Good ecosystem.
