📋 Description

• As a Value Engineer at Celonis, you will spearhead the mission of data-driven business transformation by partnering with sales teams to define account strategies, translate business needs into AI and process-mining use cases, and build tailored business cases and proof-of-value projects to win new accounts across manufacturing, retail, finance, and supply chain sectors.
• You will govern and drive the execution of business-critical implementation plans, collaborating with delivery teams and customer in-house services to deploy solutions leveraging SaaS, Python, or generative AI, while tracking and unlocking maximum operational value and ROI for senior leadership.
• You will drive account growth, adoption, and renewals by embedding Celonis as a strategic transformation platform, overseeing multidisciplinary account teams, aligning with sales on expansion roadmaps, and communicating results directly to C-level executives to ensure sponsorship and alignment.
• You will join a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, working with the Process Intelligence Graph to turn data insights into immediate business action, and contribute to unlocking global productivity and sustainability by placing intelligence at the core of every business process.

🎯 Requirements

• +4 years of experience leading technical pre-sales, delivery projects, defining AI roadmaps, building ROI/TCO business cases, and prototyping machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Domain/industry expertise in business domains such as Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Retail, Services, and Resources, with ability to translate high-level business needs into specific AI use cases.
• Fundamentals of data science, including understanding of generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, and multimodal understanding for building high-impact use cases.
• Good knowledge of business software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle), experience with RPA, BI tools, and/or building dashboards.
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch), data engineering tools, and SQL as a must.
• Experience in identifying and projecting value use cases, measuring operational impact, and deploying measurement frameworks to ensure ROI.
