Vendor Acquisition & Contracting Manager

📋 Description

• • The Vendor Acquisition & Contracting Manager plays a critical role in identifying, sourcing, qualifying, onboarding, negotiating, and managing vendor relationships to support Care Access’s mission of making health research and services accessible to underserved communities worldwide.
• • Day to day, the role involves reviewing clinical protocols to determine vendor scope, conducting market research, leading RFPs and RFQs, drafting and negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, troubleshooting vendor-related issues impacting study timelines, maintaining vendor documentation in SharePoint and SalesForce, and serving as the clinical point-of-contact for vendors.
• • Care Access is a global health organization with hundreds of research locations, mobile clinics, and clinicians dedicated to bringing world-class research and health services to communities facing barriers to care, through initiatives like Future of Medicine and Difference Makers.
• • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in clinical vendor management, contract lifecycle oversight, cross-functional collaboration with Feasibility, SSU, Finance, and Operations teams, and process improvement—gaining the ability to drive cost optimization, ensure compliance, and strengthen vendor partnerships that directly enable clinical trial execution and medical breakthroughs.
