- • Prepare vendor contracts by integrating vendor budgets and scopes of work into standard contract templates and submitting them for vendor approval.
- • Review all contract documents for accuracy, technical completeness, and compliance with internal policies.
- • Compose, proofread, edit, and prepare official correspondence using MS Word.
- • Manage the end-to-end contract approval and execution process, including securing required legal and management authorizations.
- • Maintain comprehensive tracking of all vendor contracts and associated supporting documentation.
- • Document any deviations from company policies, business processes, or standard operating procedures.
- • Assist the Director of Contracts in secondary negotiations with vendors.
- • Build and sustain professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- • Handle confidential and sensitive contractual information with strict discretion.
- • Monitor and update departmental and office content on SharePoint to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- • Execute assigned projects and provide regular status updates to management.
- • Collaborate effectively within a team environment, communicating across U.S. and international offices.
- • Perform additional duties as assigned, ensuring alignment with departmental objectives and operational needs.
- • Apply strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent contract initiatives with competing priorities.
- • Demonstrate resourcefulness in resolving contract-related issues and identifying process improvements.
- • Utilize MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet research tools to support contract administration tasks.
- • Assist in the analysis and presentation of contract data to support decision-making.
- • Engage in redlining vendor contracts, including those for central labs, printing services, leases, and software licensing.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2-4 years working in vendor contracts administration
- • 2+ years in vendor contract negotiations
- • Extensive redline experience required
- • Experience redlining vendor contracts such as central labs, printing, leases, and software licensing
- • Bachelor's degree required
- • CRO experience is strongly preferred
