📋 Description

• Support day-to-day communication with vendor partners, including responding to inquiries, coordinating updates, and facilitating operational alignment
• Provide support for vendor performance monitoring, surfacing trends or discrepancies to the appropriate internal leaders
• Maintain and manage vendor action log, including responding to inquiries, validating content, and supporting trend identification
• Maintain and update vendor query doc, including responding to inquiries, validating content, and supporting trend identification
• Own vendor query doc reporting, surfacing themes, operational blockers, and required escalations to appropriate stakeholders
• Coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process for vendor agents, including credentialing, systems access, and alignment with internal teams
• Assist vendor partners with technical issue routing
• Identify and escalate recurring issues, knowledge gaps, or operational risks to internal leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Greater than 2 years of relevant experience in operations, customer experience, vendor support, or cross-functional coordination
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience communicating effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Confluence, and other internal systems for reporting and documentation
• Ability to move from analysis to recommendations
