  • • As a Venture Manager, you will be entrusted with significant responsibility early on, owning critical initiatives and driving them to successful completion. To effectively contribute, you will be expected to develop a deep and comprehensive understanding of Almedia's business operations. This means engaging with all facets of the company, from the intricacies of user acquisition strategies to the nuances of product development, gaining a holistic view of how our business functions and generates value.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to facilitate seamless cross-departmental coordination. You will ensure clear and consistent communication, foster alignment on objectives, manage timelines effectively, and advocate for necessary resource allocation across internal teams. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in optimizing operational efficiency across the business. This involves identifying bottlenecks, proposing innovative solutions, and implementing strategies to enhance overall productivity and streamline existing processes, contributing to Almedia's continued rapid growth.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in project management, operations, user acquisition, business development, or business strategy. You must demonstrate the ability to lead and execute projects independently, ensuring they not only meet but exceed strategic objectives. A robust business acumen, coupled with a solid understanding of business operations, product development, and user acquisition principles, is essential. Excellent communication skills are paramount for effective collaboration with diverse internal teams and the leadership executive.

Fluency in both English and Korean is a requirement for this role, given the focus on the APAC region and our international operations.
