- • Own the end-to-end strategic lifecycle of fintech partnerships from zero to high-revenue integration, including inception, negotiation, execution, and scaling within Almedia’s ecosystem.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for payment and banking clients, managing proactive communication, aligning expectations, and ensuring successful project outcomes across all stages of partnership.
- • Build and scale large-scale fintech ventures that integrate seamlessly with Almedia’s user engagement platform, driving high-conversion outcomes for millions of users worldwide.
- • Lead cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, coordinating between product, engineering, legal, and business development to deliver client-specific solutions on aggressive timelines.
- • Design and facilitate innovation workshops using methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup to refine partnership structures, validate assumptions, and accelerate product-market fit.
- • Develop and enhance proprietary methodologies for evaluating, structuring, and scaling fintech integrations that align with Almedia’s reward-based user acquisition model.
- • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable roadmaps that bridge client needs with Almedia’s platform capabilities.
- • Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on high-impact partnership opportunities within the global fintech landscape, with a focus on payments, banking, and financial services providers.
- • Maintain deep visibility into market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in fintech to inform partnership strategy and mitigate risks.
- • Work directly with Almedia’s leadership team to define strategic priorities, align resources, and report on progress against key performance metrics for each venture.
- • Operate with high ownership and autonomy in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where initiative and intensity are directly rewarded.
- • Collaborate in a fully in-office setting (5 days per week in NYC) to foster rapid decision-making, strong team cohesion, and dynamic momentum essential for scaling high-stakes partnerships.
- • Represent Almedia professionally in client meetings, industry events, and internal reviews, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all partnership interactions.
- • Continuously refine partnership frameworks based on real-time data, user feedback, and performance analytics to maximize retention and monetization.
- • Document and scale repeatable processes for fintech onboarding, integration, and optimization to enable future partnerships without proportional increases in headcount.

- • Proven experience in project leadership with a focus on venture building or innovation consulting
- • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage large projects and cross-functional teams
- • Excellent communication skills, capable of managing client relationships and expectations effectively
- • Experience in Venture Building, Fintech, or Strategic Partnerships within a high-growth environment
