• • **Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
• • **Conduct Verifications:** Use telephone, email, and fax to communicate with employers, educational institutions, state boards, and online databases to verify employment history, education, professional licenses, certifications, and references. Ensure all verifications are completed accurately and efficiently according to client standards and contractual agreements.
• • **Professional Communication:** Provide courteous and professional service to third-party verifiers and applicants, maintaining a high standard of customer service while handling sensitive personal identifying information (PII) with confidentiality and responsibility.
• • **Data Analysis and Documentation:** Analyze collected data and personal documents to evaluate their relevance and applicability. Log clear, detailed notes documenting each step of the research process, including actions taken and outcomes, to ensure transparency and accountability.
• • **Outbound Research:** Make outbound calls to gather and confirm information, ensuring that all details are correct and up-to-date. This includes interacting with companies across the United States and potentially other regions, requiring adaptability to different time zones and cultural nuances.
• • **Quality Assurance:** Prepare accurate and grammatically correct screening reports, ensuring that all findings are presented in a clear and professional manner. Maintain a personal performance level that meets or exceeds the department’s established production and quality goals.
