- • The Vet Clinic Support Associate role is essential to Vetcove’s mission of modernizing the $50B+ animal health industry by supporting veterinary professionals in their daily purchasing and practice management needs through the Vetcove platform.
- • Day to day, the associate will respond to user inquiries via live chat, email, and phone; troubleshoot technical and operational issues; manage account-related tasks like credit approvals and item reviews; collaborate with engineering and product teams on feature feedback; and work with vendor partners to improve system integrations.
- • Vetcove is a fast-growing, mission-driven company backed by Y Combinator and top venture investors, serving over 25,000 veterinary hospitals nationwide with a suite of tools including procurement, ecommerce, and practice management software.
- • In this role, the associate will develop strong customer support and communication skills, gain experience in a tech startup environment, learn about veterinary supply chains and SaaS platforms, and contribute to process improvements that enhance user satisfaction and platform usability.
